Foam-Filled Fenders
"hippo" Foam-Filled Fenders are highly versatile, durable, and well-suited for a wide range of applications. Their performance can be tailored to meet specific requirements, as the manufacturing process allows for the construction of virtually any fender size by selecting the appropriate foam core density and elastomeric skin type.
These fenders are built using a closed-cell polyethylene foam core combined with an outer layer of reinforced polyurethane elastomer. Even if the outer skin is punctured, the closed-cell foam structure ensures that the fender maintains its performance, effectively preventing water from penetrating the foam interior.
